You can maintain your health for free by jogging, running and simple push-ups or sit-ups. Exercises can improve your imagination. Walking will make a person feel better physically and psychologically. If you don't afford to buy those machines doesn't mean you cannot develop your body structure, go ahead, do it in a cheap way and save your hard-earned money, do it yourself without equipments for a month or two, not just it will make your body in shape but also you will get to see later that you're becoming habitual of it.

University of Richmond studies found that fitness programs based on walking, running and exercises without equipment such as sit-ups, have the same beneficial health effects as machine-based exercise regimens.
