Every kid has some talent, some are good at athletics, some at arts, some loves to sing, some are good at maths and stuff related to it. Unfortunately only few people know about it and hence they do things to their children which might harm their kids mind-sets and gives the ultimate negative outcome.
The way we are raised determines to a large degree how we use our thinking skills. Some children have it drummed into them that the must obey unquestioningly. They must believe what they are told. They are encouraged not to think, not to ask questions.
The childhood training they get in such circumstances will probably destroy them in future which they do not think of, the parents, elders and teachers who do this to kids are usually very insecure people who cannot stand being questioned. For them children are only good when they obey and respect elders. In fact in some families, idea of a children aspiring higher than their parents is thought to be an insult.
All we have to do is to allow them to what they want to do or become, and give them full liberty to think, question and to be original. This will boost and motivate them, and later they will inspire the world by their natural talents and instincts in future.
