Dealing Smartly



If you're fed up with your daily distressful routine and same work with fixed timings with a messed up sleeping routine and you don't know what to do with your life any more, at that point in your life you just have to sit relax emptying your mind, thinking about nothing at all and breathing slowly with your eyes closed this will help shift you in peace, you only have to realize that you're still lucky that you got people around you which cares for you.



It is about the mind-set. Once you shift your mind towards positivity, realizing all small things that you're blessed with, you would automatically feel good and get the peace of mind which is very rare these days, not many people have this blessing.


You don't have to be inadequate. In order to overcome mental distress you have to make yourself busy in things like, meditation, listening to soft music, reading a book, remember the best days of your life, your biggest achievements and the admiration you got in past from the finest teachers of yours.  


I'm assuring you this will make you feel better and charge you up for some days.

  1. Every child is born with a different calibre and his or her parents should understand that. You can't expect every child to be same. Let them be different from the crowd and make them proud of their abilities rather than demoralizing them. ��
