Living In The Present



Do not think about the past or worry about the future, what you have to do is to make sure that you're absolutely aware of what is happening in the present, you need to cancel the thoughts that are coming in your mind every now and then. Try not to think about anything and listen your breath.

Whatever you do make sure that you're doing it with all your attention, if you're doing something having your mind connected to the past or future how can you be aware of the present? It is absolutely necessary to give your mind breaks, you have to make the gaps in the mind, practice it to empty the mind. 

The more your practice to master your mind, the more you will be happy and satisfied, once you know how to be present, nobody can stop you achieve the things you always wanted in life. 

If you want to get the highest level of consciousness, you have to go to the parks, sea shores, watch the stars, the light of sun and moon, feel the wind, take sunbath, go to somewhere new, read spiritual books, touch the leafs and flowers, exercise in the open sky, play with kids, look deep into nature, smile to strangers, love everybody, do yoga, whatever you do, do it with all your heart with having no second thoughts in mind, then you probably have enormous chances to gain attention.


If you are already doing that sort of stuff then congratulation my friend, you are on the right track, and your days are not too far.
