So often we decide or make plan to do things in our mind first, then do that physically right? So it is the mind who allow us to do that particular thing, if we do not decide or think about something then we would never reach it or make it possible, the point is make your mind to achieve your goals, if you don't think about anything and making goals in your life you'll stand in the same place.
Everything in life is depend upon our minds whether it is sports, studies, meditation, social networking, Media etc. In every field it is your mind that will propel you to the top or get you down to the lowest levels, depends on your mind that what you think, if you think positively it benefits you and if you keep looking at the negative sides and results that appears in your life then you're in trouble.
Train your mind, do meditation, try to sit motionless in the most panic situations, start to think that way, practice it for 10 or 5 minutes daily. If you got stuck in a problem, think deep about it and find solution, don't blame anyone, find your own faults, be quiet when everyone is talking aimlessly, ignore all the profitless babbles. Focus on your things and goals.
