The first and foremost thing to do in illness is to keep a tissue pack in your pocket where ever you go. If you clean your nose with your sleeves and hands you're more likely to be sick longer.
The second thing is to take the medicines with healthy drinks instead of water, like fruit juices and milk.
Don't fully rely on doctors prescriptions, instead use your brain and try making food as remedies too.
Don't change your doctor, be free and open to the doctor, tell everything about yourself to him.
Surround yourself with a smell of fragrance. Sit in a garden or in other peaceful natural place, play with kids or with the pets.
Take a sun bath. Wear a mask when you hit the road. Stay away from street food and gas drinks.
